Promine AutoCAD Tip of the Week: Add Selected Command

Posted by Eva Dierkes on Apr 15, 2019 10:10:37 AM

This week we are covering a very useful command that allows to add the AutoCAD objects like blocks and polylines with exactly the same settings and attributes as already in the drawing. It is very useful if you are working in a drawing that might not be your own and you want to copy the styles of the polylines that are already in the drawing. If you select to use it on a polyline, the polyline command will automatically start and the drawn line will have all attributes like color and style inherited from the original polyline.
