1. Does PROMINE work with every AutoCAD version ?
   YES, PROMINE works with AutoCAD from version 12 to the most up-to-date AutoCAD 2012


2. Does PROMINE work with AutoCAD LT ?
   NO, AutoCAD LT cannot execute VLISP, ARX and .NET programs which are necessary to run the PROMINE program.


3. Can I easily distribute my PROMINE drawings ?
   YES, you can distribute your Promine drawings as easily as your AutoCAD drawings.


4. Is AutoCAD modified by PROMINE installation ? ?
   NO, you can continue to work with AutoCAD normally


5. Can I export from PROMINE to other software ?
   YES, PROMINE can easily export data to the majority of other geology and mining software


6. Can I buy PROMINE and AutoCAD at the same time ?
   YES, the PROMINE company sells PROMINE products and is authorized to sell AutoCAD products


7. Can I install PROMINE on my network?
   YES, PROMINE is actually network based


8. Is it possible to choose which Add-on I want in my installation ?
   YES, you pay only for the Add-ons you need


9. Will PROMINE continue to work after my subscription period?
   NO, you must renew your subscription every year


10. How can I renew my PROMINE License ?
    You can renew from our website or contact our support department


11. Does the PROMINE license give the right to use for only one mining site ?
    YES, you need one authorized license per mining site


12. Is PROMINE available in an educational version ?
    YES, the PROMINE educational version is freely available to educational institutes, contact us for further details


13. What kind of mining types does PROMINE support ?
    All mining types (Open stopes, room and pillar, cut and fill, block caving, etc.)


14. Does the calculation of resources made by PROMINE meet requirements 43-101?
    YES, the calculations are fully verifiable.

TIPS

Here are some tips to facilitate your use of PROMINE

• Use "Layers" Toolbar
  In versions of AutoCAD since 2010 you can use the "layers" toolbar to help you work on the proper layer


• Use Add-on toolbar
  Every Add-on has an associated toolbar, use it to speed up your work


• To find a command shortcut
  Leave the mouse pointer on the command button for a few seconds and a tooltip with a command shortcut will appear


• Use custom CUI
  Use custom CUI instead of PROMINE CUI to avoid modifying the interface for all users


• To show drop down menu bar
  To show drop down menu bar, enter "MENUBAR" on the command line then enter "1"


• To verify drawing integrity
  After an AutoCAD crash, enter "_AUDIT" on the command line to clean corrupted objects from your drawing


• Create PDF and AVI from PROMINE
  As of the 2010 version, you can create PDF and AVI files from PROMINE
